- Semi Express service is charged at 1.5 times the normal rate, and Express service is charged at 2 times the normal rate.
- Regular service delivery will be made on the scheduled delivery date, and Express service delivery will be made on the next business day.
- Fabriclean shall not claim responsibility for delays in regular or express delivery due to unforeseen circumstances/act of god.
- Fabriclean takes utmost care in processing articles and uses the best cleaning method for each article's nature and condition.
- Fabriclean shall not be held responsible for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials that are not visibly apparent prior to processing, including suedes, leathers, silks, satins, double-face fabrics, vinyl, polyurethane, and similar materials.
- Fabriclean shall not be responsible for delays or non-performance of services due to incomplete or inaccurate order information, or failure to accept redelivery.
- Fabriclean cannot assume responsibility for colour loss, shrinkage, or damage to weak and tender fabrics during dry cleaning and laundry.
- Fabriclean is not responsible for shrinkage in curtains, but can provide re-stitching at the customer's expense.
- Fabriclean shall not be liable for damage to certain high-risk items and may agree to provide services at your risk with your consent on a case to case basis.
- Express service is not available for carpets, shoes, or heavy garments.
- Fabriclean reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- Delivery and packaging charges apply to each order.
->Before submitting an order, customers should carefully review the details as the company is not liable for errors. Any mistakes should be reported to the company as soon as possible. Submitting an order does not immediately create a contract, as the contract is only formed when the company confirms acceptance of the order. An order number will be assigned to each order and customers should use it in all future correspondence. If the company is unable to fulfil the order, the customer will be notified via email or text message.
Changes made on your order
->You can change your order by contacting customer service before the collection time. Fabriclean may make changes to your order with your consent in certain circumstances.
Cancelling and rescheduling your order
->Customers have limited rights to cancel an order from Fabriclean. They may cancel the order before the collection day by contacting customer service, or after the company has collected their items if an Event Outside Our Control has affected the company's ability to provide services. Once an item has been collected, cancellation rights are lost. Additional fees may apply for rescheduling a collection or return window within two hours or outside office working hours.
->Fabriclean may cancel the order and contract under certain circumstances, including an event outside their control, failure to make items available for collection, or if they believe that the item doesn't correspond to the order or is damaged. If the order is cancelled, Fabriclean will contact the customer by phone or email and arrange to redeliver the item(s) at the original redelivery time or as soon as possible, and will not charge the customer if they have already started work on the order.
Collection and redelivery
->We will try our best to collect and redeliver your items at the times specified in the Order, but we cannot guarantee it. We will communicate any delays to you and make arrangements for redelivery at your convenience. If you fail to accept or arrange redelivery after 90 days, we may dispose of or donate the items. You can arrange for a third party to acknowledge the collection or redelivery of your items, and you can request that we leave your item in an agreed location at your own risk. You are responsible for providing access for our contractors to carry out the Services.
- The price of the Services will be set out in our price list and may change at any time. Changes won't affect accepted orders.
- We may charge a Service Fee, which may change. You'll be notified of any applicable fee and taxes before purchasing.
- Prices may include local taxes which shall be imposed by the government from time to time also known as VAT, but we may adjust the rate of VAT you pay if it changes between order acceptance and payment.
We own all the intellectual property rights of our site and its content. You can access our site for personal use only. You acknowledge that any material, information or ideas you submit may be used by us without restriction. There are no other rights granted to you. You can't make commercial use of our content, reproduce our name or logo, download or copy our site or its contents, modify or remove any part of our site or use any search mechanisms other than those provided on our site.

We may terminate your access to our site at any time and without notice, at our sole discretion. If we believe that you have violated these Website Terms of Use, we have the right to immediately terminate your access to our site. Even after your access is terminated, any provisions that are intended to survive termination will still apply.
- We take utmost care in cleaning each item entrusted to them, using the best method for its nature and condition.
- We are not responsible for any inherent weaknesses or defects in materials that were not visibly apparent prior to processing, particularly suedes, leathers, silks, satins, double-face fabrics, vinyl, and polyurethane.
- We cannot be held responsible for colour loss, shrinkage, or damage to weak and tender fabrics during laundering or dry cleaning.
- Customers must remove any ornaments, valuables, cash, or special buttons before sending items for cleaning, and Fabriclean.com disclaims responsibility for any trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, belts, shoulder pads, or sequins.
- If an item is lost by fire or damaged while in their possession, they accept liability up to ten times the rate charged for cleaning the item, provided that the claim is made within 24 hours of receiving the item and the original tax invoice/contract is presented. Claims will not exceed AED 3000 unless the value of the article is declared in writing on the tax invoice/contract.
- Fabriclean retains any partially or completely damaged articles upon full settlement of the claim, unless otherwise agreed.
- Customers must check the number of items indicated, and Fabriclean count must be accepted as correct, except in case of a discrepancy in count and the customer is available to verify.
- Customers must inspect all items upon collection, and any dissatisfaction must be made known at that time, as Fabriclean will not be responsible for subsequent complaints.
- Pickup and delivery services are subject to staff availability/climate conditions and Fabriclean reserves the right to restrict slots availability based on that.
Fabriclean quality guarantee
- We check each and every garment before it is returned. However, if you are not completely satisfied then simply contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we guarantee to re-clean your items free of charge. Any re-clean requests submitted after 24 hours will be considered on a discretionary basis.
- To request re-cleaning for your items, please email our Customer Service team at support.uae@fabriclean.online, explain the problem and attach any relevant photos. A Customer Service agent will contact you to arrange a suitable time for recollection.
